With over a decade in the real estate industry, holding a real estate licence since 2010, and personally transacting millions of dollars in property, I bring both professional and hands-on investment experience to Dunedin Rentals. I also hold a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Otago, majoring in Marketing and Management, giving a strong foundation in both strategy and execution.

Dunedin Rentals is a family-run business, operated by Hayden, Rachel, and Cordelia. Having previously managed a property management company with over 375 properties, we’ve seen firsthand what works - and more importantly, what doesn’t.
